Upon reaching the hotel entrance, I discovered the need to use the "Sondor" app and web app for additional information before gaining entry. Despite attempting the process with my hands full of luggage and my dinner, I encountered a significant hurdle at step 2/5, where payment information for incidentals was required. Spending an hour on this step, I engaged in a lengthy conversation with Sondor chat through the app, repeatedly logging in and out of the app to try and reset things, and even attempting the process on my laptop using a hotspot on a busy sidewalk in Nashville. Unfortunately, the payment information form was nowhere to be found after all these attempt, and after three hours of effort, I was unable to access the hotel. The sondor team is unhelpful, you can’t talk to anyone… very disappointed. I now will try to get my money back through Expedia.
