This waterfront home is walking distance to Broadway, Farmer's Market, the Nissan Stadium, and more! Explore what Downtown Nashville has to offer from restaurants and breweries to museums, about a mile away. Music Row is about a 10 min drive away, where you can find Nashville's entertainment industry for country, gospel, rock, and contemporary music!

The condo is right in front of the Cumberland River and offers a communal pool, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. This chic living room greets you with a 55" Apple TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ capable, however subscriptions not included), wifi, and a sofa bed. Go through the sliding glass doors and enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio table overlooking the river.

The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine ware, and more. If you don't feel like cooking on vacation, there are numerous local eateries within walking distance! There is a counter-height dining table in the living room for 2.

The property was nice. When you walk out back spider webs all over sliding glass doors. Low lighting especially in kitchen. We had third person who was sleeping on couch bed. Opened it sat on end mattress fell thru wired to the bars on bed. Third person had to sleep in king bed with other two people. Called for help to replace mattress. We will try to send someone if not we will call, nobody came and nobody called. Disappointed in communication!
