I stay at this hotel every time I I come to Nashville which is quite often. This time has been my complaint and someone had to come to let me in the parking garage bc the machine was broken and he was very rude because I parked before checking in. He didn’t want to let me in. Had to argue with him. Everyone else was wonderful

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Nissan stadium. Walking distance to broadway and stadium. Breakfast was good and large selection. Parking garage and Security was also very good.

Hotel had NO WATER
We booked a last minute room at the Hyatt Downtown Nashville in a pinch and needed nothing but a hot shower and a bed to sleep for the night. Unfortunately we would find ourselves very disappointed. Upon checking in we were told there would be NO WATER until the morning. The bigger problem is that they said it was expected due to some sort of construction, if they knew there would be no water why wait until we check in to tell us!? They sent me multiple emails prior to check in with details regarding the hotel but made no mention of the water situation. Had we been told before check in we could’ve found a different hotel. I feel like we were deceived and ripped off.
