Great location- close to Broadway, Arena, Country music hall of fame. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast which was included had many choices hot and cold. Very good. Glad I only needed the hotel parkade for one night of my stay as it was quite expensive $$$

The hotel is a great location for enjoying Downtown Nashville. The Staff is friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. The elevators were so slow, the noise was loud. You can hear every party bus and siren go by. But you are right is the action so that’s to be expected.

Everything was clean and inviting, from the lobby, to the bar/sitting area, to the elevators, to the hallway and into our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful in every aspect. Our room was tidy and clean and impressive. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Loved that it was a short walk to broadway but still just far enough to be away from all the noise. Overall a great experience and will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

The beds were comfortable, rooms super clean and the staff was fantastic. My only complaint would be that the property invest in some sound proofing glass because you can hear every pedal bar that comes by and every limp dick prick that has to rev his pipes on his jacked up truck at 2AM. But maybe it’s just me… I just wanted to see a show at the Ryman not party all night. We will definitely stay there again (just bring earplugs).

Property was nice as it was walking distance to Broadway and fair prices but we asked everyday for clean sheets and room tidied and it wasn’t vaccumed at all as we had some chip crumbs that stayed the whole trip on the carpet and we asked for new sheets as the ones it came with with dirty with ?mud maybe and they just made the bed with the same dirty sheets. Some days our trash bin wasnt even emptied or replaced towels/toilet paper we would have to go out and ask for them. Breakfast was good but wish we didn’t have so much extra garbage left when we left as our room hadn’t been cleaned

Close to lots of restaurants and a few blocks away from Bridgestone arena and Broadway. Our room was on the 6th floor and we heard a fair bit of street noise day and night. Staff we friendly and willing to assist when asked.
