Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Property was clean. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious and had a variety to choose from. The only thing I would have to say (and it is a personal opinion) the beds were not comfortable.

Worst stay I’ve ever had!
First of all there was no statement on the hotel ad that Parking was 45.00 a night! Second next door was barking dogs that barked at every sound, Third the outside noise was terrible. I’m a sound sleeper abd I could not get to sleep. I will not stay there again. I’m not picky at all but there was nothing good about the stay but the wonderful valet!

This was a solid hotel. Not remarkable but a fine place to stay. Very good walkable location between Vanderbilt Univ. and Music Row. Unfortunately the hotel only has 2 elevators, and 1 of them was broken the entire weekend. (And the “temporarily out of order” sign looked like it had been there a while.) Also, our toilet didn’t work when we checked in, but they fixed that relatively quickly.
