I was happy with the room, although a guy outside was talking on his phone near my room late at night. Comfortable room, very clean. Although only rated as a 2 star, I was glad I stayed here.

During our stay, we discovered a Pepsi bottle with cigarette butts and an ash tray cup in the refrigerator. We disposed of these items in the trash. However, the following night, we faced a smoking accusation. Despite being at the hotel for a week, it was evident to the attendant that we were not smoking. He rectified the situation by voiding the accusation and allowing us to continue our stay. Unfortunately, the next night, we were informed that we had been listed as “do not rent,” resulting in a refund of our money and the termination of our service. Housekeepers didn’t open the refrigerator apparently and totally scapegoated us.

This should not be over 50$ a night for the quality. If I was suppose to stay more than 1 night, I would have went somewhere else. Way too much light, on blankets (one sheet and one THIN blanket only) on an uncomfortable mattress. I was here for 1 nights sleep only. I got about 2 hours sleep and my back is miserable.

Stayed here to go to a show at FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, which was about 20 min. drive away. This place was a good value for the price. We were traveling with the dog, and it was $29 extra to have her which wasn’t too bad. There was a nice little area to walk her. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s nice to have a little kitchenette in there (we used the microwave, sink, and fridge, but not the stove). Would stay again.

Property not bad for the money. Location in Franklin is only 20 min to Nashville. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants near by.

Very affordable suite with kitchen. Definitely geared toward people staying longer. We were there just one night. You had to call the desk to get the whole kitchen set up with coffee maker, plates, pans, etc. I only wanted a cup to take a pill , there was nothing. Also no blow dryer. Room was clean and spacious.
