So much more space than a standard hotel. Generally, everything was really nice. Only downside is having to remember an eight digit code for everything but after the first day or two, we had it committed to memory. There’s a great gym and a pool that’s open during the summer and a lounge area that you can just hang out in. Staff was great, rooms were clean and well appointed and it was really nice having a kitchen And a fridge.

We visited for New Years Eve & had a blast! Check-in was quick and easy. The staff are friendly, professional and respond quick to any needs. The kitchen was useful for breakfast. The restaurants nearby are a bit pricy and the parking garage is pretty tight but manageable. Overall, I'd definitely stay again!

Comfortable condo. Easy to walk to grocery store, brewery and small restaurant called Live Oak, which featured live music every night with several musicians singing their own songs. $8 to Uber to Broadway if you didn’t want the 30 min walk. Keurig with enough K cups to start your day. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in room.

Great location outside of Broadway. About 10 minutes walk from broadway. Music row is a great area, local bars and brewery close by

The locking system was down, so i receive a txt message to go got a key at the fromt desk wich is fine. Come there at 9am they didn't have the key. They told me to come later in the day and they will have the key made for me,ok. I came back at 7pm and they didn't made the keys ?? The manager on duty told me i will have to go at the front desk so maintenance will open the doors for me every single time i go out of the room, wich suck but fine. Maintenance came at my room and is master key didn't work ??? He had to open the doors with a special tool everytime and it took like 20min to get to my room. Front desk staff are really rude, room are noisy (soundproof bad). Plus check in process is a pain. I would never go back to any placemakr location.
