Really enjoyed our stay at Placemakr! We were able to walk downtown easily. The place was nice. Loved the walk-in closet. The only thing it needs to be dusted!! It should have a broom. The carpet underneath the bed needs to be tossed.

Exceptional staff....amenities were great. Wonderful location, close to whole foods and LIME transportation. Rooms had everything you required but could you a refresh. Also hallway could use a regular vacuum. Very small hiccups to an otherwise phenomenal option in Nashville.

The size of the studio was roomy. Room was clean. Air conditioner was through the vents in the ceiling. The fridge freezer was full sized with ice maker and filter water dispenser. Security was good using a key pad. Though the gray on black was hard to see at certain light angles.

Yes this place is pet friendly but be careful before you book. The property was nice enough but they were supposed to text me check in instructions when the room was ready so my family and i waited down the block from the hotel for a while before i finally called the property to find out if my room was ready (which it had been for a while) and get the check in instructions. We got upstairs to our room and even though we got a 2 bedroom apartment there was only 1 tv in the living room for the whole place, and you had to sign into your own streaming services to use because there was no cable tv or services provided. We did have a good view of the city which was nice. Limited utensils to cook with or eat with. They do not empty out the ice bucket between guests which i found odd and honestly a little gross. We left the place in really good conditon minus having to throw 2 pizza boxes away (because they did not fit in the tiny trash can) empty the trash and unmade beds we even loaded the dishwasher and started it. Even though nothing was broke or missing and like i said not very dirty they still hit us with $160 "cleaning" fee after we checked out. Yes we did bring our dog but she was freshly bathed and brushed before we left and did not shed that much. The floors were dark and she is white we would have noticed. So over all not a good experience not worth the money what so ever. Will not be booking with them again even if they are the only pet friendly place available.

The check in and checkout experience was great! Location is walkable to broadway -about 20 min walk. The 2 bedroom suite was suitable for out party of 5. Very safe with keypad entry to building and elevator. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Always a Pleasure!

This is our 5th stay at the Placemaker Music Row and it always a great experience! The staff is so kind and friendly. The accommodations are great and the location is perfect if you do not want to be right down near Broadway. There is still plenty to do and see.

The hotel space was amazing. My dislikes were in the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom shower wall needs some serious cleaning. The bed was not comfortable. May want to invest in a better mattress.
