Was extremely unhappy with our stay here, book somewhere else. - ac wasn’t working - texted and called for new towels/toilet paper and never received it - when I finally received new towels after calling for the second time, I received a towel with a huge hole in it - went to the pool and there was no clean pool towels. I had to call for new towels. - no basic cleaning (garbage removal) - charge for late checkout - it is soooo loud, can hear everything outside and on the floors above - texts are not responded to, or responded after hours have gone by

Staff was great,helpful. Replenished what we needed when required. Only issue,our bathroom door wouldn't stay closed unless we opened the bathroom drawer,same with balcony door,wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Otherwise a great stay.

I liked having two separate rooms & bath for each queen bed. Spacious kitchen area. Unfortunately though our first impression was a filthy glass front door to the lobby. The sofa in the room was dirty or well worn. Cleanliness is important to me; not sure if is to Placemaker.

Overall it is a very nice hotel. The only downside was my bed. It felt as though it was about to fall apart and anytime you moved it was so loud. I was so scared to turnover thinking i was going to land on the floor. Other than that no other complaints.

Not very clean. Fire alarm beeping at midnight and they would not send anyone until 7 am. Had to call non- emergency number for firefighters to come. Ran out of toilet paper and 5 hours after request for some still did not have any.
