Bed linens dirty! No employees available to remedy. A security person helped get different linen! Not their place to do this. Will not be staying here again!

The only negative experience during our stay, the in-unit coffee maker was broken. Bit was replaced quickly, housekeeping cleaned the mess quickly and we were back in business! Within walking distance of all the fun on Broadway!

Can’t say enough good things about this stay…but here’s a few highlights: 1. Location is amazing. Walk to Broadway, Bridgestone, CMHoF and tons of other attractions 2. The two bedroom unit was basically a large apartment and PERFECT for traveling with two kids. Mom/Dad had privacy and there was plenty of room for everyone. We also cooked while we were there 3. Everything was well-appointed- from the room decor to the coffee shop and bar 4. service was excellent and they had security on premise (which I didn’t feel I needed but appreciated anyway) A few watch outs (nothing that would cause me not to stay here but good to know) -Parking is expensive and sometimes scarce -There’s not always someone available on site to help, but they respond immediately via text and get whatever you need managed!

Had a great stay!
The property is such a convenient location, easy walk to Broadway and other popular site’s & restaurants. The people in the cafe are just the nicest and helpful people we have encountered! The room was cozy yet comfortable for what we needed. No kitchen but does have a small refrigerator which was helpful. The only complaint I have is our roof didn’t have curtains, only blinds and with the huge bright light right outside the window we had a very bright room all night and I don’t sleep well if it’s not dark. My suggestion would be to add curtains but other than that very comfortable stay! We would definitely stay here again!!

It was unique, however I would suggest making the room access code something you can remember. My phone died while I was out having fun and couldn't access the gate or room code. Using maybe the last digits of my phone number along with maybe the room number would be easy to remember. Acoustics were terrible. We could hear every footstep our neighbors above us made. The instant coffee is a horrible option. who even drinks that?

From the moment of arrival to my departure, my experience at Bode was exceptional. As a gold member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade without any hassle. The room was truly remarkable, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view from the balcony, especially at night. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour security ensured my safety. Additionally, the proximity of dining establishments and recreational activities was highly convenient. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the parking charges. For individuals planning to stay for five or more days, as I did, the parking fees can be quite substantial.
