Nice big comfortable 2-queen bed room. Hotel is in very good condition. Unlike many hotels, the handicap accessible room I had was close to the elevator, not all the way at the end of the hall (not all people who have difficulty walking use wheelchairs).

I didn't know there was a train track within 50 yards of the property! Also, the last morning there, they ran out of breakfast food and they weren't concerned about it any whatsoever. IF you're going to say a free breakfast is included then you should make sure you have enough food on hand and ready. Rates are too high at the location.

The pool was unusable. It was FREEZING. Not just "ooh, it's chilly, let's put our feet in & get used to it" or kump in & get acclimated quickly. It was like it was refrigerated. So disappointed, as I chose this hotel with for this accommodation. It appeared no one else was able to use it either. Everything else was wonderful!

No place to eat. No sidewalks to walk. Homeless all around. Room poorly cleaned. I any a grey haired old man and I found black and blonde hairs on the floor. Front desk worked with me to fix the phone that did not work and needed two remotes to work the tv.

The property was great, the rooms were nice and clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts. The only downside was that it was right off the very busy I 24 plus heavy traffic from bell road, so a lot of road noise and traffic jams

Felt that we were greeted with indifference upon our arrival. However, thereafter the receptionist (a different person) was super friendly when we came in or went out. Our room was beside the inter state and the traffic was never ending, and was quite noisy.

Understaffed, Disappointing and not very clean.
Understaffed, a bit dirty and had a sad, rundown feeling. There didn't seem to be enough staff to keep the breakfast going. They kept running out of hot and cold food and you had to keep asking for basic things (eggs, toast, bacon/sausage). Overall, pretty disappointing.

The staff that I interacted with was friendly, however, the whole place had a rundown vibe. The free breakfast was very disappointing. They ran out of almost everything and the whole place was understaffed. Unlikely to return to Best Western.
