This hotel is just ok. It’s clean & quiet. They spend a lot trying to make the hotel “hip” and yet nothing on housekeeping to bring in towels & tidy the room. The pay to park situation in a non downtown hotel seems questionable. I’ve stayed in worse hotels I guess. It’s mid.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and very spacious. You do have to pay to park here. That was the only thing I could say was a little inconvenient.

When we got here the pool was closed, we had to pay for parking which wasn't mentioned when booking. Then when we went down for breakfast everything had a cost attached to it fruit $1, bagel $3, etc. which was not mentioned. The music in the evening was good,, other than the cleaning staff started to vacuum when she was singing, I felt bad for the singer girl.

Just needing an overnight stay while traveling thru Franklin, this place was wonderful. Helpful, friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room made this perfect. It's near I-65 & close to any kind of shopping in Cool Springs.
