Check in staff person was friendly. Thought it was odd that had to pay for parking but was waived since I was a hotel membership member. Shower was not hot at all and water pressure was terrible. Other than that stay was nice and quiet.

Cool place, I stayed for a night while we had house renovations done but with the lobby pool table, etc it would be a fun place to stay for a trip. They comped my parking which was nice. Friendly staff

Franklin, TN itself is a charming city made even better by this hotel. It's chic-looking, comfortable, and the staff was warm and helpful. This is one of the better hotel experiences I've had, especially for a chain. I can't recommend the hotel strongly enough.

Very loud next to Interstate 65. Trucks extremely loud and annoying. Pillows were hard as rocks. Left there getting no sleep at all. Location good for restaurants and shopping.
