Experience Nashville with a private living room concert performed by some of the best singer/songwriters in Nashville (INCLUDED!) This beautiful 2,400 square foot townhouse w/ 5 bedrooms, (one is technically a bonus room with a queen bed,) 3 baths is in a quiet & safe Edgehill neighborhood only 2 blocks from Music Row & walking distance to EVERYTHING! It's centrally located & a 1/2 mile to Midtown, Demonbruen Hill, the Gulch, & Vanderbilt University. Belmont University is only .9 miles & downtown on Broadway is 1.2 miles.

Our newly constructed townhouse is right in the heart of Nashville: perfect for whatever your vacation has in store! It doesn't get any more conveniently located than this! Free street parking & 2 additional parking spots in the alley. All furniture is brand new, has a fully stocked kitchen & fast wifi.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Enter into the open-concept dining/kitchen/living space. The elegant dining area is first, with room for 6-8 to sit at the table. From there, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen full of luxury touches, including granite countertops, gas range, all new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.

At the back of the house, you’ll find the sunken living room with elegant furnishings, a large 65" flat-screen TV, conversation corner and access to the patio via French doors.

Our house sleeps up to 12 guests between five bedrooms (technically one is bonus room with a queen bed and sliding barn door), and 2 twin xl 4 inch memory foam floor mattresses that can be placed in the living room (or wherever works best for you.) All beds are brand new BeautyRest Mattresses. The master has a king-size bed and 36" TV, plus an elegant en-suite private bathroom with a dual quartz vanity and tile walk-in shower with a rain shower-head.

The other 2 upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds, 36" TVs and share a double sink bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The fourth bedroom, on the main level, also has a queen-size bed, a 36" TV and a single sink bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hallway. This is also the common bathroom on the main floor.

We’ve also got lots of outdoor space for you to relax in, too! Have a cookout on the grill and spend some time in the conversation space under the shaded pergola on the patio.

Utilize the backyard to BBQ on the gas grill and hang out.

Private house concerts are available upon request! This includes 1 or 2 of Nashville's finest singer / songwriters from a pool of artists who are in town and available. They will play a 1.5 hour set, and work for tips. If you are interested, please let ume know and I'll get it booked! I highly recommend this experience!

Wonderful house for a group celebration

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 9. It was the perfect size. Everyone had their own space and there was enough room downstairs for everyone to gather and hang out. It’s actually much larger than in the pictures show. Very clean too!!Rob was wonderful giving me recommendations and answering any/all questions I had. We walked to a few places nearby but Ubers and Lyfts were easy to get and it took around 5 minutes to get into areas of the city. Also, about 12 minutes from the airport so very convenient in that factor as well.Overall, very happy we booked this house for our trip.

Amazing

We could not have had a better experience. We came with a party of 10 (ages 17 to 61) and there was tons of room for all of us, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Rob was an incredible host, had tons of great suggestions for food and venues to visit. We did the Casa Concert and it was INCREDIBLE, the adults and kids both loved it and there was something for all of us. To have a Hall of Fame songwriter (and a future Hall of Famer) was so cool. There were songs we sang along with and a ton of laughter with their stories. We are anxiously waiting the for future songs they shared with us. We took videos to remember those songs. The Casa Concert was definitely a highlight of our trip, such a unique one-of-a-kind experience not to be missed!

Fabulous Nashville home

We loved our stay! The location is terrific. Great coffee shop nearby and easy Uber (or doable walk) to Broadway and 12 South. Rob was terrific - communication was friendly and immediate. He set up an amazing singer/songwriter performance for us in the home, which was intimate and impressive. Kids and adults said it was the highlight of the trip. The home was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect and only spot for 5 couples in Nashville without having to rent two side by sides. Beds were all so comfortable. Place was very clean and had enough space for everyone. It almost was sad that we only slept in the home

House is bigger than the pictures. Really clean and awesome house. Rob was fantastic with communication and making the whole process easy. The living room concert was unbelievable. Barrett and Joe were incredible and really open sharing with our group about their musical journeys. This place/experience knocked it out of the park!

July 11-14 stay!

We left this house today and I can’t say enough things about the experience. It was my first time in Nashville for my 32nd birthday and we have 4 couples. The house is BEAUTIFUL and everything we needed. It’s so close to everything. It’s easy to get an Uber to everything you would want to do. Rob was a great communicator. He’s lives next door, popped out to say hi and was there if needed (not that we did). If you need a beautiful, big house, this is it!! The beds were amazingly comfortable and I felt like I slept on a cloud. This will be my go to house for future Nashville stays. If you don’t stay here, you are missing out. Thanks again!!!

Location, location, location

Perfect spot for a trip to Nashville. If you’re a group of responsible adults looking for a nice place to stay and not a flop house for your bachelor party, this is your spot. Clean, big, with the right amenities, and so close to downtown without being *too* close. Rob is great and very knowledgeable about the city.

Perfect House

We were in town for my niece's graduation and had 3 generations and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location to everything is great, airport, restaurants, campuses. I would highly recommend this house for your stay.

Anniversary getaway with friends

We just got home from a wonderful week in Nashville! This VRBO spot was the best! We had five couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host, Rob, was so good with communication and was of great assistance in helping us plan our week! The highlight for everyone was the in-home concert that our host arranged. We had two songwriters that not only entertained us, but gave us huge insight into the songwriting part of the music business. Their music was amazing and very intimate and personal. Overall, I would recommend this place to any of our friends and families that are heading to Nashville. The music row area is a safe and clean part of town. Many establishments are within walking distance. Downtown Broadway was a short ride or about a 30 minute walk. My husband and I could not have asked for a better 32nd anniversary getaway.

Beautiful home close to everything

We stayed in this beautiful home for my 50th birthday with good friends. The house was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was very nice and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville.

60th Birthday Party

Our stay in Nashville at this property was fantastic. The owner Rob communicated well, answered all of our questions and gave recommendations for our group. There were 5 couples and we fit very comfortably in the home. Great entertaining space. Each couple had a bedroom that was clean and we had no issues. We took Rob up on the Casa Concert where he arranged to have 2 country music writers come to the house and entertain us with music and stories about writing songs in Nashville. Everyone in our group (and we had several who were not country music fans) said it was truly one of the best experiences they have ever had. It was a concert for 10 of us in our house! The writers simply hung out with us answering our questions and playing awesome music - music that we recognized as country hits that they wrote! Remarkable Rob! Thank you for a great, once in a lifetime (until we come back again) experience.

Outstanding home, great location

I had a group of 8 stay at this house, 21 to 60 years old. The place was perfect. The owner was very communicative and he even set up a little song writer concert in the home. This concert was outstanding and completed the Nashville experience. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!
