Come unwind with friends or family in my beautiful home and indulge in the Nashville action. With 3 bedrooms, two lounge areas, and 2.5 baths that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests, you will surely enjoy your most awaited vacation with your entire group!

We ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Be aware that Nashville is a major city, and people will break in your cars if given the opportunity. For this reason we insist guests park in the fenced in back yard and lock their car doors for extra security.

Street parking and 2 parking spaces in the back of the house (can accommodate 4 cars if you park in the grass).

Guest access You`ll have 100% private access to this home during your entire stay! I will just have one storage space for all of my supplies. Please clean up after yourself and leave the house the way you found it. No smoking. No illegal activities. Any violation will be subject to a fine.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Interesting stay
The neighborhood was definitely in a sketchier part, but the gated parking made us feel better. I did not feel as safe as I would have liked to. The place could have been cleaned better. It did not look like the plates to eat on had been cleaned at all and we saw a few bugs. Overall it was fine. However, I would not choose to stay here again.

Lots of broken furniture, NOT CLEAN
overall it wasn’t absolutely terrible , broken curtains rods (could very seriously hurt someone) not swept before arrival , broken vents fell on my aunts foot, sore but she’s ok. dirty waiter still in dishwasher broken wood chips from the bench, spiders, no cleaning supplies left, TERRIBLE neighborhood, lots gun shots right across the street my car was scratched a little, smoke alarm continuously went off and host communication is terrible , i don’t think they wash the sheets between guest because when we removed them from the bed Host was very upset. and even came before check out. very in polite and creepy. just peeking in them to leave without saying a word to me. PLEASE SAVE MONEY AND STAY IN ANOTHER HOME. best regards to anyone.

Worst property we have ever stayed at! House was NOT clean nor well maintained. So many issues I can’t explain them all. From confetti and fake eyelashes (entire strips) embedded in carpet to spider webs with pubic hair in bathroom. The list goes on and on. I took pictures and notified the property manager upon departure but all they would do is speak with their staff about the findings. No partial refund even for cleaning deposit. It was horrible and all adjacent homes are very old and run down. Neighborhood is very rough. Did not feel safe.

Medical trip to Nashville
The two-story house was very nice, up-to-date, and spacious. The neighborhood is in an area of Nashville that is currently being revitalized. Backyard/driveway is gated, which provided a good, safe place for parking 2 vehicles. The yard itself could use some attention. Communication with property manager was prompt and excellent, when we reported a sofa leg that needed to be repaired. Enjoyed our week-long stay at this property in Nashville!
