2 hours maximum was allowed to stay by the pool, blue caps are mandatory in order to swim, smoking should be prohibited in the communal space surrounding the pool, it ruins the experience. Lack of recommendations for the local area, restaurant menu in the hotel had a limited selection and was overpriced, no-where in the area seems to sell cocktails, only spritzes, outside the front of the hotel is very noisy every night.

A beautiful hotel outside the busyness of Naples. Set directly on the coast line looking over to Capri. Plenty of restaurants in a very safe area. Hotel was spotless and run very professionally. The room was large with a lovely balcony and large bathroom. Will definitely be going back.

Great location for dining options in the evening, but also the hotel itself was well maintained, clean and had good options for breakfast. The kids loved it for the pool, which we kept forgetting to book, but staff were always willing to accommodate.

Great base for exploring Naples. Good size room with balcony and a salt water pool which was much needed in the heat. The breakfast room looking out to sea was stunning. Easy walk into town and lots of great food options opposite the hotel.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and our room was great with a lovely view of the sea front. We understand the need for a 2 hour limit at the pool on the roof to allow all guests a chance to experience it however, some guests were favoured and allowed to stay longer than 2 hours despite other guests being kicked out exactly 2 hours after arriving. The room service options were ok. We did have food in the lounge which was delicious with zero faults but the extra charge of 8 euros to have food delivered to your room is excessive. You are also unable to bring your own food or drink into the hotel. The area around the hotel is lovely and clean. It was quiet during the day and lively and night. Overall we had a lovely experience in Naples and we will still recommend the hotel despite what we mentioned above :)

We traveled with a family of 6. We booked two rooms. Expedia allowed us to book a room that said sleeps 3. When we arrived we realize that there was a breakdown between the way Expedia listed the property and what was available. The manager got to work for us and fixed the situation. We spent one night In a non sea view room. By the next night we were given two sea view rooms that we paid for. The view was amazing. The property is very clean. However it is a little dated. The pool is a salt water pool. That was not the best. And you have to schedule pool time. A simple solution to this would be if they opened the pool at 8am and close it later at around 10 pm all the guest will be able to enjoy it. They open the pool at 11am. The breakfast was good. Lots of varieties. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A very nice property right on the water. Only steps from a whole row of restaurants as well as a nice park. We dined at the lobby bar/restaurant, and it was delicious. The staff were all super nice, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel while in beautiful Napoli!

Room was great ! Breakfast was also great Room was cleaned exceptionally well daily . Great location beautiful view of the sea . Fast check in I would have givin a high score on staff and facilities but my wife fell down the slippery stairs at the pool having no non slip protection and she banged up her leg badly . It took the staff in the pool quite some time to get to her then they realized it was more then a small cut .They dealt with it after the fact . I went to the front desk and asked for the manager he or she Never got back to us . I’m Not impressed Poor service, from the quality of the hotel I would have expected much more . Because of this will Not return .
