Great trip in Lake Garda!

The hotel was very well located in Torbole, close to the lake and all restaurants. At breakfast, we enjoyed the view on the lake from the restaurant. The service & staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room had view on the back garden rather than the lake seaside, which I thought was what I had booked for. So if you're booking just make sure that you precise a lake view room.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful location

We couldn't really fault the hotel. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast. The staff however were abrupt and offish untill a lovely receptionist called felicity arrived who was amazing, polite, helpful and went out of her way to help with whatever we needed. Please be aware the hottub that is shown on website photos is not available for all residents. If your room does not open out to front dec then you cannot access the hot tub. we were however allowed to use it with a bit of persuasion. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and plentyful. Coffee delicious. Overall a fantastic hotel with amazing views.

Wurde freundlich Empfangen und alle wichtigen Dinge wurden ausführlich erklärt. Spabereich, Restaurant usw. Super Frühstücksbuffet! Gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Ausblick!

Pros: Das Frühstück und der Ausblick sind fünf Sterne wert. Top!
Cons: Die Vierbettzimmer sind etwas zu klein.
Location: Der Ort Torbole ist Sehenswert und auch Limone und Malcesine sind nur einige Kilometer entfernt.
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Torbole. Wir kommen wieder.

Erholungsurlaub

Sehr feines Hotel mit reichhaltigem Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Den gesamten Spa- Bereich kann man, wer will, für 2 Personen buchen.
