Property is very nice. Reception was very attentive and had an obvious want to please as is my usual experience when visiting Fiji. Not a huge issue with the security deposit, I have just never have been asked by a resort for a deposit before. On my second day, after scuba diving, I wanted a snack before the Farm to Fork village dinner excursion. Waited 25 minutes to get noticed, 20 minutes to order food and drinks, my dad’s meal came, mine showed up after dad had finished eating. Cancelled my meal and cancelled the Farm to Fork excursion. On our third day, the meal service was poor again, servers were just inattentive and empty glasses sat for 20 minutes, had to ask a passing employee to get our server, 2 rounds of drinks took 90 minutes, then was asked to close my tab and reopen another tab? Never had a meal at the resort after that, we just went to the Port Denarau restaurants. On our fourth day, while returning from dinner at the port, I guess the valet assumed I was a taxi and stopped me from assisting my father out of the car, then asked me to move my car, another valet, who recognized me, came by and saw the puzzled look on my face and fixed the situation. Young children were constantly at adults only pool, employees just ignored it. I never bothered using the pool. Restroom near the dinner restaurant was filthy. By the end of my stay I was pretty fed up with everything. I cannot in good conscience recommend this resort, and I will not be coming back.

Upon arrival, service was pleasant until we tried to reserve dinner. Despite prepaying for a room for four adults, I was told the dinner plan only covered two. A staff member explained the misunderstanding was due to Expedia's lack of awareness of hotel policies. She waived the dinner charge for that night but indicated an additional fee of 258 FJD per night for dinner moving forward. I contacted Expedia support, which escalated the issue as the Sheraton's reception was unresponsive. The situation was resolved through Expedia's intervention, but Sheraton Fiji did not offer a formal apology, treating the incident as if it never happend.

A wonderful time
We got upgraded to ocean front room with a balcony. The room is spacious and comfortably. The view is beautiful. Two Sheraton hotels and one Westin are located together. So the whole property is very big and there are several swimming pools. The property is beautiful. There are shops and restautrants onsite. The staffs are friendly and serivce is good. We had a great time.

Its close to port denaru shopping centre. if you prefer to walk, there is a wide shared path, mostly covered by shady huges trees upto the port shopping centre. Large, clean bedroom and bathroom with good air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower. Buffet breakfast was superb, so many options. Other meals were very expensive.Resort was spread out over a large area so good privacy but perhaps people with walking difficulty would need have a room close to Reception. Walking distance to golf course. Not far to Water Park and Port Denarau with many reasonably priced restaurants and cruise options. Recommend Sheraton Denarau for families and couples.
