Great location HORRIBLE room and property management
This is going to be long but I want you to realize what your getting into... You will receive a huge amount of highlighted bolded instructions... first red flag that this property management company probably deal with alot of complaints so I was prepared...so I thought! The location is perfect if you have teens or you like to walk around everything is in distant.
Arriving you park in a lot across the street, you are told your keycard is in a drop box that you grab it from... when checking out the paperwork says return key to box or leave in space. I left it in the space. Within the first hour of checking in you are asked to report anything in the room. The room was so run down and shows tons of signs of wear and tear and food spots were on the stove a chunk of hair in the sink .. long black hair , were all blondes and the bed.... OMG hair and wrinkles patterns the bed was very clearly not washed down... no problem, they told me to call/email/text I do so. I don't ask for the space to be cleaned, I just say I'm only worried about the beds you can even leave the sheets.. not a big deal. Im not nit picky even though I'm paying a cleaning fee. I get a reply from property management saying sorry they said its clean the sheets are to big?? Im like what?? The sheets fit fine... they send me a picture of two made up beds with throw blankets on them CLEARLY not how the beds look? So I have to send pictures to prove I'm not lying, why would I?? after several text and email I finally got clean sheets. The AC unit in the space is very very loud and not a good white noise its the kind that keeps you up all night!!! If your looking for a relaxing vacation this is NOT it you will be on the phone and defending/proving your complaints. check out day comes. The instructions on the back of the door say leave the key in the box or in the space. I left it on the table...well wouldn't you know I'm charged for not leaving the key?!?! I tell them its on the table ..why would I keep it. Please send you cleaning lady back. No reply. So here I am. Save yourself the headache of booking this place, but if you do know to take pictures of EVERYTHING even when you leave the card that's the only proof picture I didn't take and now regret it. If you have the time while your on vacation to deal with the back and forth and defending yourself go for it. I guarantee that the owners don't know how bad this property management company has ran their condo into the ground BEWARE
