This amazing condo features a King bed in the suite with a private balcony. It is modern and contemporary, accommodating up to four guests. Situated in Myrtle Beach within the Ocean One Resort, it is one of the newest buildings in the area, showcasing ultra-modern decor. The condo also includes a pullout couch for your entire family. The bathroom is equipped with a spa garden tub complete with jets. Enjoy heated pools, a private ocean balcony, a lazy river, and hot tubs!

Conveniently located just steps from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and only one block from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier, this condo is also a short drive away from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues are easily accessible as well.

Weekend Getaway
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for myself and husband, although it was November the weather cooperated and we were able to put on our bathing suits and dip our toes into the Atlantic ocean 18th floor overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. Place is as pictured.

Went for a quick weekend trip. Condo was super clean. Beautiful ocean view. Didn’t hear any other noise from other guests. Parking was across the street and a general store within walking distance. Host was very responsive to emails. Check in super easy. Will definitely be staying there again

Great Views
The view was incredible! It was amazing to open the curtains and see the ocean every day. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the pier and other entertainment (shopping, restaurants etc.). There were chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach (provided by another company) however they were very pricey. We do suggest getting some beach chairs and other items to use at the beach for the guests to use during their stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking this condo again in the future!

Room was great but when ready to check in at 4 I was notified not everything had been taken care of to be checked in. Since I made reservations weeks ahead of time that was very frustrating to be told more stuff needed to be taken care of before check in. I would have been happy to go ahead if I would have known.

Literally STEPS to the beach
The condo is in an awesome location close to the boardwalk. It is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We loved that we could hang out at the pool and then take a few steps and be on the beach.

Overall of condo
Walls have many scrub marks and nicks. We forwarded photos so that we wouldn’t be liable. Was told it would be in passed along to the management. Other than that we loved the location right on the beach. The photos shown are exactly the way we found it. We could walk to the boardwalk and there were restaurants within walking distance.

The room was as pictured however, once we got checked in we saw it needed a lot of updates, ie: rusty hinges, rusty lamps, rusty vents, needs touch up paint all over, bed frame was broken (which they fixed promptly) kitchen cabinets were peeling. The condo was south of the boardwalk, which was less busy for this time frame, however, we were not happy with the lack of amenities offered. There was no poolside bathroom so we had to go all the way up to the our room on the 18th floor to use the bathroom anytime we needed. I know this has more to do with timeframe than the resort but the amount of inconsiderate people was disappointing, there were lots of recreational smoking (pot) in the neighboring room as well as on the balcony and the smell would penetrate our room. However- views were beautiful, beaches weee nice and not crowded, and it was close to a lot of different attractions ( golfing, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants)

Have stayed in same hotel down the beach for past 4 yrs. First-time user of Vrbo. This unit was a great introduction. It was just as advertised and described. A very minor issue was taken care of quickly. All questions and concerns were addressed speedily and respectfully. The unit was quiet, clean and a great beach vacation.

Coffee maker was very stained/dirty but overall good experience. Bed was comfy and balcony had a good view. The hotel pools could use some maintenance. Lazy river was not well maintained and one hot tub was very dirty/ inoperable for the duration of the trip. Good experience as we went to relax on the balcony for the full trip, those with children may be displeased with the actual pool facilities.

Location, Location, Location
Beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo. Overall, the condo was clean, but the floors and corners needed extra attention. The condo is sizable for a couple and a small child (pullout couch). Just right for a couple to spend time without feeling "on top of each other." The separate bedroom is quiet and away from the living area; California Kind bed was super comfortable (for those that like a firm mattress). Pillows were super small; we brought our own king pillows and were very glad we did. The only downside in the bedroom was a lack of a window. The AC thermostat read 69 but the condo felt like 75. A little stuffy at times. The bathroom toilet rocked a lot; needs repair. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils, glasses, plates, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Views from condo were amazing. It was convenient and walkable to all activities. A mini-market within a 5-min walk. The outdoor pool deck was nice. Easy access to the beach; lifeguards provided umbrella and beach chair rentals, ($40/day) Overall, we would book again.

AC broken and no resolution offered
The AC did not work our entire 5 night stay, however the real issue was communication with the host. We reported the broken AC on day 1, and only after requesting an update on day 2 did we learned the AC unit needed parts. We were offered 2 fans but it required the main door to remain open so that it would bring AC from the hallway into the room just to get it from 80 degrees down to 77. Still not a huge deal as these things happen, however the host offered no further resolution. Its like the fans were dropped off and the host didn't want to deal with it anymore. We've reached out 3 times in the past week to see how we could resolve this but each time the only response is "I'll check with the team and let you know." Better communication is all it would have taken and this wouldn't have been an issue.
