The elevators were giving a few problems when we arrived the fire dept come like 7am the 1st morning to get someone out of the elevator..later that day microscopic ants appeared the staff trirmed to say they were after our sweets but the only thing that was there was my coffee maker ..but they sprayed...Wasp and hornet killer in a few places..they didnt come back though..parking it was terrible too many cars no spaces this was the first time iv run into that issue staying there..other than that everything else went pretty good ...

The property wasn’t exactly up to date, the pool water was ICE COLD. There were limited pillows for the room that slept 5 and they were flat. The mattress was actually a box spring and hard as a rock. Overall a 1 star stay. I won’t book at this hotel again! It’s not wonder the rooms were cheap.

Our room reeked of a moth ball smell!! Right under our heads on the bed!!! It was so potent that I had to sleep at the foot of the bed. The staff weren’t very friendly and did very little to make a pleasant stay.

I had an overall good experience. The area had high foot traffic and parking was an issue for being off-season. The hot tub was just as cold as the pool itself, did not work during the entire stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, the staff super friendly and within driving distance from most popular locations.

Changes Needed.
There is no room service unless you request it. There were bugs in the room and an odor from the moment the door opened. Other than being close to the beach, there is not much to say. The rugs in the hallway need to be replaced.
