Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. 

The Villa boasts four bedrooms on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in real beds. Two of the bedrooms feature King Size beds (1,80x2). Additionally, there is a bedroom boasting two single beds (0,90x2) that can be joined to a king size bed if wished. The last bedroom features three single beds, each of them 0,90x2 (two of them could be joined to form a King size bed if wished.)

All of the bedrooms are beautifully designed, boasting smart T.Vs and offering direct access to a balcony. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed, located in the first double bedroom.

What’s more, the villa boasts three bathrooms. Two of them feature bathtubs with overhead rainfall showers and the last one boasts a walk -in overhead rainfall shower with glass cabin.

Outside
Promitheas Villa is set in 300m2 outdoor area with a private swimming pool, as well as a special children’s pool compartment (0,70 meters deep) and a 70m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (charcoal) are available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor sitting area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish!

What’s more, for families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly breaks provide luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. Outdoor toys are available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a swing , children’s car, rocking toys and more. What’s more, for your outmost convenience there is also an indoor playground area, featuring a slide, children’s playhouse, children furniture!

Moreover, for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday….exercise daily using the outdoor elliptical machine and treadmill.

For the sports lovers, a volleyball net is also available outdoors. Enjoy!
