Far from town with great views & close to beach
A not so bad location if you are planning to rent a bike or car. Great views of the sea, very close to the beach but not on the beach. Very helpful staff. Responded to all our requests well in time.

Slowly falling in love with Mykonos
Everything was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Kostantinos was very informative and knowledgeable about the places to go and the highlights of Mykonos. Convenient to take the bus but only 10mins from agios ioannis beach. The bathroom was tinier than expected but not a big deal since I was travelling by myself. Would definitely stay there again.

There is not a reception desk as these are apartments but the rep met me within 7 minutes of arriving. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. Lovely grounds and view. Not much to do within walking distance but bus stop is nearby.

THE BEST OF MYKONOS !!!
We were picked up from the ferry port by Stefano - a pleasure of a buy, who took us to the hotel - the sun was wetting - the most awesome view from all of Mykonos !!! Huge room. Daily maid service. Stefano even took us to the local market so we could pick us some food and brought us to the hotel. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel - Very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would so back again for sure!!

Best experience ever. No reception, no restaurant, said it was walking distance to the beach but was 2hrs to get a bus and miles away from the beach. Bad wifi connection, small dirty place. For the cost I would have been better getting a bnb

Cute place to stay, far from town
We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation in Mykonos. We arrived early in the morning and the buses were not running, so we had to pay an $18 cab ride for 2 with luggage to get to the hotel. When we arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and even allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived so early, and the manager even offered us a ride to town because he was headed that way. About 30 minutes later, we got a text from the manager saying that we got a better room with a view of the ocean, since it was unoccupied for the night. Very clean and comfortable room (bed was a little hard). Even had mini fridge, small electric burner, and kitchen supplies and dishes under the sink. Small patio set outside room if you wanted to enjoy the view with comfort. Hotel is within 6-10 minute walk of a very cute beach that you can watch a beautiful sunset at. The bus stop is 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance, but BEWARE! The bus schedule was very hard to figure out, multiple different times posted for the same route. We were able to make it back from the town easily, but we needed to make a ferry in the morning and the bus never came so we walked 1 hour to the port with heavy luggage and rain, terrible experience.

Basic but how can you go wrong with this price!
Very basic but for the price, you can't go wrong. ...BUT not a B&B as described. No breakfast. Just apartments. Taxis are easy to order, you can get a cheap quad for the week, or walk the 500m to either beach.

Our room at the Fos Suites was simple but comfortable, with a kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast if you want to, and stunning views over the sea to Delos and Rinea. Further in the distance you could also make out Naxos and Paros. Quiet, but with a lovely beach nearby, and a bus stop literally just over the road to the beaches at Ornos or into Mykonos Town, Fos Suites was perfectly placed to enjoy both aspects of the island - the beaches, plus the shops, bars and restaurants in town. The buses ran back from Mykonos Town until the early hours of the morning, so you were unlikely to get stranded. Watching the sun set behind Delos was a highlight. The only minus points for us was that there wasn't always hot water in the mornings, and the local mini-market was a bit pricey, but we would definitely recommend staying there to friends. Perfect for those who want a bit of quiet but also want access to the town, plus boa trips to the ruins at Delos. The Suites were only about fifteen minutes from the airport, so connections were very good. We were literally off the plane and at the hotel within thirty minutes.

The place was amazing it's 15 - 20 mins drive from the airport. Anastassios the person who takes care of the guest there. His amazing, talented and very helpful. He just made us feel comfortable, at ease, told us what on the island and how to get there. He was the best best couldn't have enjoyed the island without him. Just to let you know. No breakfast is included in the price but once you get to town loads of food to eat. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment code is €1.80 per way. The beaches are amazing, we didn't manage to go to paradise beach the party beach but it's amazing. I am definitely going back to mykonos and staying at the same place. It's beautiful. Thank you Anastassios for everything...

Nice apartments not exactly a hotel
This is not exactly a hotel, there is no reception or restaurant. You effectively rent apartments and along as you know this, it is a decent place. (Tip; Make sure you call ahead to ensure someone is there to give you a key). The rooms are big, a bit outdated but clean. The staff are very good and make all the difference! The hotel is close to the beach (Agios Iouannis) and close to at least 5 very nice and varied restaurants. Chora is only a 10 min drive and Ornos is only a few minutes drive away.

A practical place to use as your base
FOS Suites is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. It was very good for what we wanted to do in Mykonos. We were attending a wedding celebration over three days which meant we needed a place to spend the night as our days were all planned to be spent outside. The rooms were clean, made up everyday. Air conditioning and hot water , TV all worked. The beds were comfortable. We had read the instructions that came wit our booking and arranged for the manager to meet us at the time we were expecting to check in. All this was done by email to which they responded to well. Once you are checked in, you are on your own as there is a contact number but no person on the premises but the daily maid. However we did not need this as there were good instructions for everything we needed like WIFI passwords etc in the room. We just left the keys on the door when we left as there was no one around to check us out. Overall a comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view.
