If your vacation requires a perfect third floor view of the beach, the ocean and the sky, not too high, not too low, this is your vacation home. This unit is on the third floor of One Ocean Place, one of the most prestigious condominium properties on the Grand Strand. Luxury space inside, sweeping floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow you to enjoy the view from a living room full of comfortable furniture. Outside is your oversize balcony, where you can enjoy coffee and cocktails to begin and end every vacation day.

Many updates for 2023 including a new large screen TV for the living room, as well as a brand new sleeper sofa (with queen memory foam mattress) and loveseat. The master bedroom has a King size bed with brand new mattress, TV, lots of closet space and a dresser. The master bathroom has a large corner tub for luxury bathing. The second bedroom has twin beds with brand new mattresses (with the option to convert to a king upon request - please email southmb@itrip.net to add this to your booking - $15 fee) and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes standard full size appliances, many small appliances (toaster, Keurig, etc...) and a full complement of cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. Ceiling fans keep air moving in every room.

One Ocean Place is a concrete structure, so you're unlikely to be disturbed by neighbors above or next door. There is plenty of space and privacy for the whole family AND all of the large rooms are on one level, so no stairs to climb. Two elevators provide handicapped access. There are two parking places per unit at One Ocean Place. Linens are provided and beds will be made. We provide a starter pack of soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags so you will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper! When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the Garden City beach is right out from the lobby.

Garden City Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are about a mile south from One Ocean Place. The excellent Conch Cafe is adjacent to the complex. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are 1.5 miles north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

If your beach vacation must include beautifully appointed luxury space with an incredible view, this is your choice.

Parking is limited at all oceanfront properties. We can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association and property manager. None of these properties provide more than TWO parking tags. No additional parking tags are available. Golf Carts, trailers and RVs are not permitted at One Ocean Place.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The condo was spotless and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, etc. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. The entire building and grounds are very well taken care of. Everything was so organized. The location was wonderful with great seafood restaurants close by. We were very impressed and wouldn't have changed a thing about our vacation. We thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

One Ocean Place
Excellent place to stay. Actually been vacationing there for 25+ years. Only issue is recently the HOA has been doing everything possible to make stay less enjoyable. Overzealous security guard and ridiculous entry to the beach with passcodes/cards/apps. When carrying beach gear it is a major inconvenience. Attitude of some of the residents heard on elevator. Bragging about how police was called on people trying to enter premises. The people trying to enter were paying for a room there but couldn't get access code or app to work to open gates. Unfortunately I will be re-thinking my stay next year due to the feeling of just being unwelcome there. This happens when you get retired Northerners with a we are better than you complex running HOA's.

We love staying at this condo unit we have stayed in area for years. This year we traveled with less so just needed a 2 bedroom this unit was perfect. Had all amenities we we need was very clean and organized. I have nothing at all bad to say about the unit. It was very comfy for 4 people and felt like our home for a week. We always love the Conch Cafe in walking distance and visit everytime we stay. Check in and out process was easy would definitely stay again when we need a smaller unit for 4

Beautiful location! Great communication when making reservations and afterwards. The condo was spotless! Well stocked with everything you would need. We loved the table and chair set on the balcony. Property was very clean and taken care of. 24 hour security guards. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous condo!!
This was a gorgeous home away from home for the week we enjoyed our family vacation. The cleanliness and quality items throughout the condo helped make this one steps above the rest, and we have been coming to the area for years now. The only warning I have is the particular location of this unit. We were fully aware from pictures and accurate description that the unit is directly above the pool. Though this shouldn't have made a difference and was actually an aesthetically beautiful perk, unfortunately we live in a rude society. There's the potential to have screaming, ill behaved children unattended or ignored by parents in the area and believe me, you hear everything. There were a couple of evenings I couldn't wait for 9:00 to come to these families would be excused from the area. So I'd you don't want to risk a lot of noise I recommend getting a unit on the far ends/corners away from each pool area or closer to the top floors. In addition, though I appreciated the signs that said "no fireworks", this was not at all enforced. They were nightly including in front of our facility, so check carefully if you have pets that are especially sensitive or you have strict expectations. This was a beautiful condo that met our needs and provided a perfect spot for our family vacation!

Great experience. 180 degree awesome view of beach and ocean, clean large patio we had coffee on every morning. Convenient parking , great for loading and unloading. Elevator was fast and getting to and from the beach and pools was fast and convenient as well. Only weak spot was we thought the mattresses on the beds could have been of a little higher quality but would highly recommend this unit without hesitation.

Best so far.
This place is everything you could ask for. We had everything we needed plus a few extra water toys for the kids that were in the closet. Check in was simple and only a mile away from the hotel. They finished up our room early and messaged me saying we could check in early which was also appreciated. I honestly couldn’t find anything I’d improve. We look forward to future trips through itrips!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this building and plan to continue doing so in the years to come. The management team is easy to work with, units are always clean. Building is quiet being it’s solid concrete. Parking could be better managed to accommodate larger suvs and cars should park on the designated area on the lower level.

The condo is just as nice as the pictures look. Great beach view and it was stocked with everything my family needed for a relaxing week away. The parking garage however is not made for vehicles larger than a car. There are how ever some oversized parking spots available but they are limited.

Great Family Vacation!
The condo was great for our family and we all really enjoyed our vacation! The condo was clean and came fully stocked with everything that we needed for our vacation. We were centrally located to everything and had plenty of space. The only downside was that the WiFi (internet) did not work at all during our stay (it would connect and then go right out and say that there was no internet connection) and the cable in the second bedroom kept cutting out. (Both of those are easy fixes). Overall great vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Just OK.
Keep in mind we normally rent a beach front house not a condo complex. The parking is horrible. Getting in and out was a chore I'd rather not deal with. The beds were hard to sleep on. The mattress was so hard my wife had to go buy me two pads to stuff under the sheets. The sofa bed is a joke. How you can include this as an object to sleep upon is beyond me. My daughter didn't use it we folded it back into a couch for her to sleep on. She felt kind of jilted. Why don't you just say there's a couch to sleep on? Trust me, this is no bed. Try sleeping on it one night yourself then I'm quite sure you will agree. I'm not used to having a sign with rules staring me in the face at every single turn. Can you not trust people to just behave and follow the rules? The pictures of the kitchen size are misleading. Two people cannot function when cooking meals. Ok now. I'm a smoker. I had no idea smoking wasn't allowed anywhere on the property. Not even outside. When we're outside we are all breathing God's good air. I knew the condo was non smoking, they all are as well as every rental we have ever stayed in. To not allow smokers to partake of their bad habit when outside is utterly ridiculous. Guests who smoke would normally respect other people's occupied space as well as their right to not breath second hand smoke when outside. But not to worry, the fact that you let us know everywhere on the property we were under 24 hour surveillance would deter most folks from sneaking a smoke in the parking lot. Only one question, why then is there an ash tray on the table of the deck? Very confusing. Other than all of this we did enjoy our stay in Garden City SC. The fishing was good the first two days then even they left. Everyone there was nice and friendly. We met some nice people who were also fishing. With all said the condo experience just isn't for us. We like a little more space, alot more privacy, no signs, plus rental homes have much better sleeping and cooking accommodations. We did like the low rental fee but spending an extra grand to get a beach front house for my entire family of eight is no problem. With everything considered our trip was good and we enjoyed our stay. Best Regards Eric BTW Love the liquor cabinet!

We were pleased to find the unit with a well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and terrific view of the beach. We were told by many local residents and owners at One Ocean Place , we hit the sweet spot for weather for this time of year. Sunny and warm every day. A few suggestions would be a new mattress in the master. It was adequate but could use an upgrade. We truly enjoyed our stay. This facility is convenient to all major attractions, golf and dining. Parking garage was secure and plenty of spots during our stay. We hope to visit again in the future

Enjoyed our stay, relaxing! Only problem needed was better instructions to get to iTrip location to check in after hours. If had of gotten there when everything closed it would have been a problem. Luckily a local entrepreneur was helpful in helping us locate the place or we would have had no contact or instant connection to get in rental. Also, the housekeeping should have made sure everything was left needed before said room ready. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Love the location!
