Double charge
The hotel charged me twice for the stay. I was very disappointed with their administration. Expedia were also at fault. They clarified a situation but refused to confirm it in writing so making the position more difficult to resolve.

Ett jättefint hotell med trevlig personal. Stort härligt poolområde, god mat, fina rum! Det enda negativa är att det är lyhört mellan rummen och trängseln kring poolen i högsäsong.

Leider zu wenig Servicepersonal besonders beim Abendessen. Das Abendessen konnte daraufhin nicht entspannt eingenommen weil man lange auf die Eindeckung der Tische sowie Getränke warten musste und die Zimmer hätten ordentlicher gereinigt werden können. Aber ansonsten sehr zufrieden.Tolle und gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen.

Juniorsuite im Haupthaus mit Blick zum Pool
Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst, besonders gut haben uns das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet gefallen. Die Auswahl ist riesig, es gibt Themenabende und viel Abwechslung. Das Personal freundlich und überwiegend kompetent, Zimmer riesig mit kleiner Küchenecke, sehr sauber. Trotz ģuter Auslastung fand sich immer ein Platz am Pool. Einzig die abendlichen Veranstaltungen haben uns nicht so begeistert, das nächste Mal würden wir daher ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude buchen, dann ist man etwas abgelegener und ruhiger in einer sogenannten Erwachsenenzone. Die Lage in Cala Ratjada ist sehr günstig, Strände, Zentrum mit Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Tout s’est bien passé, bel établissement et propre. Proche de tout Par contre nous avions une chambre donnant sur la route qui est très passante et donc beaucoup de bruit le soir. Beaucoup de trafic, du mal à dormir

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Wir hatten ein schönes Appartement im 2. Stock mit Blick auf die Poolanlage und das Restaurant. Trotzdem war es ab ca. 23 Uhr immer ruhig.

Hôtel très accueillant
Super expérience, super accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive à 1h00 du matin. Ils nous sont proposés d'aller manger au restaurant, sutout pour les enfants. Le personnel del hôtel super sympa et toujours à l'écoute, disponible pour tout à tout moment. Les installations très bien et aussi les animations.

El personal es muy profesional y amable
El hotel es muy recomendable , instalaciones bastante bien , personal estupendo , habitación espaciosa , cerca de playas muy bonitas (Cala Mesquida , Cala Agulla )y andando puedes ir al paseo marítimo y al puerto con bastante ambiente , pero sin tener que sufrir el bullicio esta a 10 minutos. Comida variada , platos para niños y mayores,lo único malo era la hora de la cena ACABA a las 9:30 . (la zona está tomada por el turismo alemán )

Vi tilbragte 5 nætter på La Pineda i en lejlighed. Vi havde 1/2 pension og standarden og variationen af maden var god. Der er et ok stort poolområde, men vi benyttede os kun af den nærliggende strand Cala Agulla, der er fantastisk. Hotellet ligger blot en kort gåtur fra havnen, hvor der er et hav af forretninger samt cafeer/restauranter. Området Cala Ratjada er domineret af tyskere og tenderer at være et lille mini-Tyskland.

Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht mehr dem Standard von 2013. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das angebotene Buffet entspricht nicht mehr der Kategorie von 4 Sternen. Die Qualität des Essens hat leider nachgelassen.

Top Hotel, super Service und Hammer Strand
Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Auch der allgemeine Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Der Strand lässt Karibik-Feeling aufkommen. Einfach nur der Hammer.

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato ottimo.
Il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo. Buona la posizione, pulito e ben curato. Ottima varietà di cibi, c'è ne per tutti i gusti. Anche l'animazione perfetta. Nonostante una massiccia presenza tedesca, gli animatori hanno coinvolto anche noi. Con animatore che parlava anche l'Italiano.

Vacanza a Cala Ratjada
L'hotel e' carino, vicino al centro ma lontano dal mare. La colazione e' varia e abbondante, per cena invece mangiavamo solo carne e pesce alla piastra, in quanto la pasta era precotta e poi buttata nell'acqua bollente e gli altri piatti o troppo piccanti o riso salato e scotto, mai mangiato una paella buona, se non fuori dall'hotel. L'animazione inesistente se non per i tedeschi.
