Overall great stay. Staff were exceptional. Room was sized nicely & well appointed. Our room was not ready at the time promised & they comped us free drinks at the bar. Only issue was the room was not well sound proofed & we could hear everything outside & in the hallways. Great location, walkable & nice hotel.

The property is located right in the middle of a tourist center. Transportation, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The only thing that was a nuisance was the construction going on in one of the cafes in the lobby. Sawing and the smell of resins at times. Not a big deal to me but others may have been turned off.

The rooms were average hotel rooms, which we expected. Rooms were clean and housekeepers was offered daily! Location was WONDERFUL!! It was easy to get to the train station, restaurants etc! Breakfast is overpriced. It was difficult for staff to keep up with during busy periods.
