I'd forgotten how small European hotel rooms are until I walked into my room—it was enough for me traveling alone but for two people, it would have been quite tight. The rooms do not have air conditioning, the fan that you adjust with the thermostat does very little, and the windows barely open, so it gets quite warm in the summer. That said, I slept with just a sheet and was comfortable enough. The room was clean but simple. Location is excellent just a couple minutes from the train station. The hotel staff weren't very friendly but I had a good stay for the 3 nights I was there.

Loving it

The room was clean, beds were comfy, able to check in early which was great, traveling around Germany though having cold air conditioning vs US cold air conditioning are two very different things so just mentally prep yourself for that because it’s HOT here. The staff was friendly. 20/10 booking here for the area alone lots of fun dining options here, and drink options, the Adele bus was also parked here so 10/10 amazing area. Very safe would stay again

We couldn’t check in at 3pm. Nobody didn’t. The hotel said that all room was dirty. There was no slippers and hair towel in the hotel.

New hotel. AC did not work very well. In fact we had to leave window open overnight to cool the room as the ac did not work. Parking was convenient and reason why we chose the hotel. Food options were ok. Hotel was nice enough to give us free tickets to the Ferris wheel which was a good experience. Shower in the bathroom was an open shower, ie no walls, so everything got wet. Not a big fan.

The property was very clean, and the proximity to the east Bahnhof made it so convenient. If you're not lazy, it was quite walkable too.

Not bad but not great

The location was good. The AC was not. The sheets on the double bed were too small and I woke up on the bare matress. It would be better if they had single sheets/dovet on each side of the bed

Really fantastic hotel. Lack some amenities but enough for what you need. I would say the only downfall to this hotel is lack of air conditioning, there isn’t any. With that said, they have airflow so it isn’t scorching but, proper ac would’ve been nice as when visited it was almost 30 degrees. But a very lovely hotel nonetheless.

Very accessible for wheelchair users

We were staying with a person in a motorised wheelchair. We rang ahead to ensure the room was accessible and they were very helpful. The room had a lovely view of the ferris wheel. In terms of accessibility it had plenty of room and the bathroom was very accessible (included shower seat). We would recommend more sturdy mattresses as the current ones were not the best. Very close proximity to Munich East Station (less than a 5 minute walk), a lovely Spanish and Italian restaurant just nextdoor.
