Good- staff was clean, looked good and well groomed and polite Bad- coffee machine that has no logic of how to use, why keep it? Ugly- shockingly bad fesign! Space wasted with pointless items like tubs, bulbous couches and tables, the interior finishing was so over the top, ugly and unpleasant, not to mention the room layout was so disharmonious that we had a terrible night. The decor was like a nightmare coming to life!
