Shower head was defective was told it would fixed within the hour. After I inquired if it is going to be fixed they said sorry you have to change room. Then at new room toilet paper holder didn’t work and heating system was not sufficient. Then snow clear trucks started reverse beeping at 2AM until 3Am. Changing rooms after unpacking and after a 6 hour drive was not pleasant

The restaurant food was awful for the price. Our french onion soup was cold. I had the chicken entree a d it tasted like it was microwaved. It was dried out. Our room was fine, but for some reason we had a wheelchair accessible room. But also the heat kept turning off. We were waking up every 3 hours freezing, and having to reset and turn on over and over.

We stay at hotels around the Montreal airport often and this is definitely our favourite. Decent price ,the rooms are really big which is great for our kids, everything is very clean and the restaurant has delicious food.

The a/c unit in my room was extremely loud and kept going on and off constantly. The bathroom needed some improvement as there were holes in one of the walls and the furniture was very minimal and old showing scratches. The nightstand light was broken.
