I do not recommend this hotel at all. Here are some "highlights" of our stay: 1. At check-in they informed us the T.V. was not working. 2. The sink got clogged, for no reason at all. 3. At 3:00 a.m. we started getting scam calls asking if we had towels left (clearly to rob us). Went to the front desk and they said there "was nothing they could do". We couldn't sleep because of that.

Todo estuvo bien, solo le doy 4 estrellas porque la TV no servía y escuché que a las personas que llegaban a rentar cuarto les hacían descuento por este motivo, pero como yo ya había pagado, no hubo descuento para mi, la limpieza tmb un 4 porque había cabellos en el piso. Overall good, 4 star because TV doesn't work, other people receive a discount but not me because I have already paid. Cleanliness 4 star, because there was hair on the floor.

Place was dirty and parking was limited. Had to leave my keys so that some could park my car when space became available. The basement garage is filthy and filled with old furniture from years ago. Parking is small and limited due to the vast amout of furniture. Staff is rude especially the one gentlemen with a mushroom haircut. First room I got was missing a couch and had water leaking from the roof. My experience was awful. Don't stay here pay more for your peace of mind and quality of sleep.

Terrible Hotel, NO RECOMENDADO
Honestamente no se como este hotel tiene una buena calificación, todo fue terrible, desde que entras al Lobby huele a humedad y se nota que el aire acondicionado no funciona, los elevadores están en pésimo estado y a donde voltees se ve sucio o falto de mantenimiento. La habitación fue aún peor, encontramos basura y muchos cabellos del hueped previo entre las sabanas, todas las cobijas, sabanas y toallas tenian manchas, agujeros o ambos, el colchón terrible con un hueco al centro donde los resortes ya estaban vencidos, la puerta del closet estaba completamente vencida y fuera de lugar, tuvimos que pedir 3 veces que se reparara. El piso y espejos estuvieron sucios todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahi, el servicio de limpieza fue pesimo, tampoco dan suficientes toallas. La TV se ve mal y pocos canales funcionan. Pedimos consejos de recomendaciones al personal de la recepción y ni siquiera nos pudieron recomendar el restaurante de su propio hotel y si las condiciones de limpieza son similares al resto de la propiedad entiendo el porque. Finalmente la zona no es buena, pareciera ser centrico pero la verdad es que por las noches no hay nada cerca para comer o salir. En general terrible experiencia, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

I booked a suite, upon arrival I found female hairs, food and maybe blood in the bed sheets, bathroom wasn't clean either. I attend a business dinner nearby and that hotel has the perfect location. Parking is very limited too.
