Not far from the beaches of the splendid Riviera delle Palme, in the small town of Monteprandone, is Borgo da Monte. Of modern conception, with a panoramic garden overlooking the sea, the hills and its gullies, in a strategic position: the villa combines the tranquility of a country house with the comfort of a city villa. The relaxed and comfortable style is declined on all the internal environments, creating a unique sharing with the outside and in particular with the wonderful and panoramic terrace, able to give pleasant emotions in company while enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. Its location will allow guests to quickly reach the nearest urban centers and numerous places of historical and cultural interest.
Interior:
The property consists of a main building and an annex. VILLA: The villa is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor opens directly onto the living area with the open plan kitchen which leads to the large terrace. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the floor. A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor where we find the third double bedroom with terrace and pool view, served by an en-suite bathroom with shower. ANNEX: The annex, which is located about 10 m from the villa, is independent and includes a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The garden of about 500 square meters, with a splendid view of the surrounding hills, is spread over two terraces and is characterized by shrubs and bushes typical of the Mediterranean scrub: cypresses, pomegranates, lavender and roses. A large terrace in front of the living area furnished with table and chairs and an umbrella welcomes guests for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. The outdoor area is completed by a beautiful swimming pool with solarium area to enjoy every moment of the day.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.
Pool:
The elegant and exclusive swimming pool lies in an area of the garden overlooking an open and panoramic landscape, about 20 m from the farmhouse. The pool, accessible via a Roman staircase, is 13 x 5 m wide, has a constant depth of 1.40 m with salt water purification. Covered in pvc with brazilian quartz border. The solarium area develops all around, partly in lawn and partly paved on which the sunbeds and an umbrella are arranged. At the entrance to the pool area there is a cold water shower. The swimming pool will be available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Pets: On request. € 50.00 per animal per week to be paid locally. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
