The staff was very friendly and very helpful, even in various " OUT OF THE BOX" situations! and for that, precisely I want to give special praise to é members of the RIU OCHO RIOS, security staff, who went above, and beyond with their customer services skills, to get me out of a jam, regarding ouTSIDEie transportation arrangements. MR. CHAVES MATHISON AND MISS. JUSTINE WILLIAMS What i did not like were the outrageous transportation prices offered by several of those Taxi/ cab drivers contracting companies!

The property was clean, the pools were clean, the beach was gorgeous! There were no hagglers on the beach. The two biggest downfalls to the property were the food and the service. If you were sitting at the pool, no one came around, offering water or drinks. The sitdown restaurants were basically the buffet food served to you. Everything was extremely dry. I think we actually lost weight going to an all inclusive 😂. The check in was also a bit hectic- it was 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready even though check in time was a couple hours before that. Overall would probably not stay again.
