The 110 m² apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people (two more accomodations can be provided thanks to the sleeping couch). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, board games, toys and satellite TV. In the outdoor area you can enjoy a balcony, a covered terrace and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. In summer you can see lush green meadows and in winter a snow-covered scenery - perfect for an unforgettable hiking or skiing holiday! Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés are 550 m (an 8-minute walk) away. The Ronchi-Valbona gondola lift, which leads to the Alpe Lusia ski area, is 4.3 km away. A ski bus stop is 100 m away. A children's playground is also nearby and a mobile transport band for children for skis and sledges is also available.

Parking is available on the street. A garage is available for your car. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Please note that the corner bathtub cannot be used. There is a cleaning fee of 30 Euros. The Tourist Tax is included in the price and does not require an extra payment.
