Its not right!!
Roaches in the room on the bed so we got a doff. Thinking it would be better it wasn't. So attendant refunded us. But hotels.com knowing that its trash sets a no refund policy on that property.

My cancelled reservation that I couldn’t get out
Ask for a receipt got nothing but zeros ! Tried to cancel my hotel.com night before hotel.com virtual help doesn’t help ! I’m done with Hotel.com after my Idaho falls trip owners in Idaho are honest nice people! Indians owners have dirty hotels & I don’t trust them ! Bye hotel sucks .com sorry 😢

I won't return . . . this was my 3rd once a month stay at this property, the prior two were problematic, but this was the worse: I arrived 15 minutes before the 3:00 PM check in and the clerk told me to leave and return after 3:00. I reserved a non-smoking room but was told that the only room available was a smoking room. The TV remote wouldn't operate the TV and I had to operate it at the set on the wall. Previous rooms had a small coffee maker but this room didn't. Worst of all, shortly after i got into the room the sewer backed up through the toilet and the tub. They did relocate me to another room (with a coffee pot but with another inoperative TV) but this is the last time I will book at this property.

The light fixtures had so much dirt on them that it looked like mud and the female staff in the morning was so rude and was not trying by any means necessary not to give us back our deposit for that nasty room there was cockroaches everywhere immediately when we opened the door and I had just came out of surgery so I actually contracted an infection from in there and had to go back to the hospital

The only thing I can say it was pretty bad but I didn't see any cockroaches but it was a filthy disgusting Hotel and I checked out after a few hours
