This ADA accessible ground floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, private patio with a Weber gas grill, and hot tub access. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second 2 twin bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Includes 2 designated parking spaces.

-All condominiums have a private deck / patio with a gas grill
-Best of all you are located just off Main street in the heart of downtown Moab.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 2 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 2. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.

57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.

If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

LOVED - Great Location
We loved everything about this property. It was extremely spacious in every area, amazing to have laundry right in the unit for traveling, and the proximity to downtown and the parks was perfect. We walked to dinner multiple times and the food truck park was perfect with a young child. They also had a travel crib for us to borrow on site so we didn't have to bring our own. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great unit in a great location!
We were surprised how clean and spacious the unit is. Even in the middle of summer, the place can be kept cool and comfortable. #2 has one of the best reserved spots in the lot, you are able to park right outside the unit making it easy to load and unload. Right in the middle of downtown Moab with many restaurants and businesses within minutes walk. Would come here again.

Great spacious spot in town
Second time to Moab, and we love being in walking distance to town. The place is clean, bright, modern, and safe. Our son who is 4.5 years old love the vacation home, he had a lot of space to run around. There is a grocery store a half block away which made making breakfast and grabbing sandwiches super convenient. Great dining in a block radius. We love the sushi place. This is a very comfy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit we had on the ground floor. I can see our family coming back to this spot in the future. So much to do here.

Perfect location. Super clean and well equipped. Kitchen stuff we’ll organized and drawers labelled. Mountain bike friendly with locker and even a little workbench area for bike repairs.

Came to Moab for our annual sister trip and this place worked great for the 5 of us. Space is well laid out and there was plenty of room for us all. Beds were super comfy, the pull out couch leans back a bit so we had to use extra pillows to stay flat. Recommend they add a few items for their kitchen as it was a bit difficult to cook some items. Be sure to stop and see what’s available before you go shopping. Overall, it was a great place and perfect spot as you are less than 1/2 block from Main Street. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at this condo while we were visiting Arches and Canyonland National Park. It was close to everything. We love having a homebase to come back and relax after hiking. We walked to dinner a few nights. Condo was clean and just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Moab.
