Comfortable apartment for 8 people, near the sandy beach in Playa de Miramar.
This 2nd-floor apartment without elevator has a furnished terrace with views on the urbanisation. The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, a television and a dining table with enough chairs for everybody.
The kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob and all basic utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms: two with a double bed and a wardrobe and two with two single beds each (one of them has a wardrobe). There is one separate toilet and one bathroom with a shower, both for general use. On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided for the smallest visitors.

The beach of Miramar is relatively quiet and ideal for families with children. It is also a good place to do surfing. In the surrounding area you will find all important services like supermarket, restaurants and shops. Nearby, there are other beaches such as Piles Daimus, Oliva and Gandia. The apartment is about 13km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova. For some culture, you might want to visit the old town of Gandía, its Ducal Palace, the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church.

Falta renovación
La casa es grande para 7 personas, esta cerca de la playa y tiene alrededor todos los servicios que se necesitan. Pero, la instalación eléctrica está anticuada, los enchufes de los aparatos modernos no entran en las clavijas, a no ser que le pusieras los adaptadores que habían en total 2 o 3 para todo el piso. Tuvimos que comprar alargadores para poder enchufar simplemente los antimosquitos. Nada mas llegar se nos rompió un somier, además los colchones estaban bastante hechos polvo. En cuanto a la cocina, los utensilios para 7 personas eran escasos, no había un buen cuchillo ni una buena paella. Las toallas y el papel del váter que ofrece el anuncio no es correcto, no había papel del váter, solo dos rollos usados pequeños para pasar la semana y las toallas había una por persona y desgastadas. Simplemente decir que este apartamento necesita una buena mejora, tanto de muebles como de utensilios que se ofrecen.
