It was way too hot, the host told me they had turned the air off. The the at one point was 78 degrees! They did offer a fan but the window did not have a screen.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Sheraton & the room temperature was 68°. I attempted to adjust the temperature & there were no changes. In fact, the temperature was 67° when I woke up. I tried to call the front desk using the in room phonen but received a message saying that number was no longer in use. Super disappointed & will find another hotel to stay at where I can adjust the temperature & have the knowledge that is there is an emergency I can reach the front desk.

The hotel was well presented. Libby attractive. Staff was attentive and professional. With Ridgedale Shopping Centrr across the street, lots of dining options. Room comfortable and clean. I will use this property on a trip next week and whenever I visit Minneapolis.

I have stayed here several times before. It is very clean and quiet. The staff are really efficient and friendly. During this stay I was assigned a room with an interior window, when I asked if it could be changed, there was no hesitation and it was changed in a moment. I look forward to my next stay here
