Urban Oasis is a classic craftsman style multi-family home just outside of Uptown Area. The home features an oversized Master suite and two separate living spaces, with all the modern conveniences and upgrades. The home has cable TV with HBO/Showtime and Hi-speed wireless internet.

Upper Unit
The Master suite encompasses a large bathroom with marble floors, dual sinks and vanity. Relax in the clawfoot tub or use the separate walk in shower. Enjoy the separate space with your own sectional leather couch. Have work to do, the suite also has a comfortable leather chair and desk. Both bedrooms have king sized gel-memory foam mattresses, 40" TV/cable & DVD. The Kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils and dish-ware for entertaining and cooking. The living room encompasses a large restful leather couch, chairs, a 60' flat screen TV, and beautiful stain-glass windows. The sunroom is spacious and bright, a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee and paper. Dining area offers seating for 6 guests and breakfast bar with seating for two.

Lower Unit
The Lower unit contains two bedrooms, one with a king-sized memory foam mattress and one queen memory foam mattress. The kitchen is styled with stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils and dish-ware for entertaining and cooking. The living room encompasses large restful leather couches and a 55' flat screen TV and beautiful stain-glass windows. The sunroom is spacious and bright. Dining area offers seating for 6 guests. There is a large fenced backyard to take in the beautiful Minnesota seasons and let the kids run free. The unit has free cable TV with HBO/Showtime and Hi-speed wireless internet. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's / Cable and DVD players.

There is a private back hallway that connects the two units with lockable doors. Great for visiting with each other without going outside or for the grandchildren to come upstairs and see the grandparents

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
