Rooms are very neat and clean, their breakfast options are vast and many varieties offered so any international traveler can easily pickup. friendly and professional staff. Near by metro transit stop, there are many homeless people stare at you while you walk to the hotel, pose as unsafe walking alone during evening or nights.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. The desk lamp was wobbly. There weren’t enough pillows and the ones that were there were flat. We were locked out when we first arrived at the lobby door. A room key was needed for access and we hadn’t checked in yet. No door person around. Another guest cautiously let us in. Very disconcerting!

Hotel is great. Neighborhood is NOT.
I had a business trip and ended ip choosing this location. The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. The ONLY thing I wish I would’ve known is how ROUGH of a neighborhood I was in. Holy Moly. I had to walk to get dinner and run another errand. After dark do NOT go outside. I was threatened and screamed at the top of their lungs from the corner of the hotel for “walking on the dope street and not buying dope” and next time I better walk on the other side. I was beyond uncomfortable and was scared for my life. No joke. BEWARE.

Queen beds were actually full beds and the worst quality we’ve had in a hotel. Saggy, low, and extremely uncomfortable. In the morning the hallway was filled with dirty linens dumped on the floor.
