First a good thing. The fitness center was better than most hotels and had a good deal of equipment to do almost anything. Would be better if they had some foam rollers. Other than that, the toilet handle was broke when I arrived and they did fix it, but the bathroom floor had some boot prints on it and the bottom of the tub was a little dirty. I was also disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room and the freezer portion of the fridge did not freeze anything.

All good but I will not be staying there again due to the hotel smell was waaaaay too strong of floral freshener. It was way too strong, got nauseous and bad headache from it.

We had asked for connecting rooms. We were told they were not connected but, ,we found out actually they were. The staff didn't know the specifics of our rooms booked? We got to our rooms and they did have a connecting door. We did not however have a microwave. Probably to support the restaurant that was downstairs. We were told by the staff in the restaurant to ask for a microwave and we probably could have received one. We didn't bother. The restaurant was great as well.

Nice hotel, room very clean, spacious, comfortable, huge tv and friendly staff. Only downfall was the attached restaurant took forever for waitress to take our drink order even though they were not busy we decided to eat elsewhere.

The hotel was clean, quiet. We had our room cleaned everyday. Great beds and pillows. The hotel had a bus service to the State Fair. The bus service could take us up to gate 18. Iur car was parked for 4 days. Resturant next door had good food and great happy hour all day on the weekend. We will be back next year for fair time.

My main issue with this property was the aggressive use of fragrance in all the common areas. There is a pervasive scent piped through the building and if you have any scent sensitivity or just don’t like the smell, you are completely surrounded by it. I loved the multi use spaces provided, infused ice water, and surrounding conveniences. Staff was great and it was very clean. Didn’t get a chance to check the spa or pool areas.
