Great Price for Great Experience
We have always had a positive experience when using this park and stay. The airport shuttle is great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent! We recommend staying here.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, including the shuttle drivers. They were prompt and on time and their service was extremely appreciated. Due to some unfortunate circumstances on our end we didn't get settled at the hotel until around 3 am. My friend went to use the shower and there was loud banging of the water pipes throughout the duration. The elevator was also quite slow but it worked.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel needs an upgrade, the hot tub / pool area closed early so we were not able to use it. There was visible mold and horrible ventilation in bathroom.

My hotel sheets were dirty, the curtain were broken. There was trash in the elevator, hallways and all the hotel. There was a bad smell in the hotel. There was no parking available. The shower seems damaged.
