Upon arrival I asked for a copy of a map or list of resturants since im not from around the area and the front desk didn't have this information. Valet parking is included if you stay at the hotel and we tried using it all weekend and no one never showed up so I went inside and asked the front desk and they pointed me to the concierge desk where I was greeted by a older gentleman and he informed me someone should be out shortly. After 20 minutes I parked my car. Outside of those things the experience was good.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and the breakfast was excellent. Casino was clean and smoke free. (Smokers have their own bar ). Sports book was super nice and great service

Had to "request " to have room cleaned. Which I did when I checked in. No one ever came by, had to go down to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee pods. I should note I was there 5 days. The really cool tablet in the room in you can do all kinds of requests was just a bunch of colors. The IT guy came by and said he would prepare another and bring it by, Never saw him again. The Valet was "full" 3 out of the 5 nights I was there. So I self parked, but its somewhat of a "transitioning" neighborhood. Breakfast in the Canal Street Cafe was excellent.

Room was booked as premiere king. They wouldnt accommodate and only gave a standard king. 4 adults were booked with intention on using fold out couch. No couch in the standard king, wouldnt allow enough cots, ended up with no choice to purchase another room. Terrible experience.
