The room was great and the staff were kind and helpful. The only problems were that it took 30 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up, and the entire key card system in the hotel was down so the only way to get in our room was to have a staff member unlock the door for us. Both of those things were inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Unfortunate stay. No reason to stay here. Racism.
I have a huge pet peeve when it comes to hotels and the hot tubs being broken. The hot tub was closed for repairs our entire stay. We look forward to the hot tub after a long drive or long day of sightseeing. People pay for the hot tub as part of their stay. Make sure it’s working. Witnessed a staff member question an African American hotel guest as to what his room number was during breakfast as if the hotel guest came in off the street to get free food. The man came down in the elevator. Turned into a loud verbal argument where man demanded to see manager. The hotel guest was highly offended as he should have been. Embarrassing for hotel and hotel guests to have to witness. Below average breakfast. Had to ask for towels. No reason to stay here with plenty of other options in area.

Comfort at the Airport Hampton Inn, Milwaukee
Clean and comfortable accommodations and nice room amenities: plentiful liquid shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion; hair blow dryer; ironing board and iron, small room refrigerator with tiny freezer; wide screen TV; very comfortabpe bed mattresses, 4 pillows per bed, an extra blanket available, blackout curtain; two soft seat cushions in addition to desk chair, nice counter space, extra outlets and pull-out nightstand extension for electronic device charging. Very nice full breakfast. Friendly staff. Attractive facility grounds. Near-airport location.

The beds were AMAZING! When you travel frequently the beds are a huge part and I think they were bed than the one at home!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating with our needs!! We will be back next year for the HD homecoming and hope we can stay again!! Thanks to the entire staff, it was one of our best stays!!
