This property is good for the style of the rooms, but customer service I experienced was not very friendly with some of the employees, however I did have some friendly staff. The refrigerators are VERY small, and the breakfast is good with hot and fresh omelets but it is the EXACT same everyday. Would be nice if bacon would be added, instead of sausage links everyday.

Bathroom was really unclean. There was dried urine on the toilet that we had to clean. The roilet seat is old stained and rusted. It needs to be changed. There was long strands of hair in the shower. The sink around the faucet is rusted out and residue built up. The sofa mattress was badly stained everywhere (big stains). Its needs to be thrown out. I was highly disappointed in Embassay mainly because we were looking for a more upscale hotel hence we chose Embassay and that hotel was more like a 2.5 start.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice beds were comfortable. The pool was clean. The breakfast area was clean. The food was good. Although breakfast ended early at 9am. Over all very happy with our stay. We will definitely will stay again.
