Perfect hotel in Milan
Fabulous hotel in the most perfect location for exploring Milan city centre. Just near the duomo right in the centre of things yet inside the hotel is a haven of peace and tranquility with fabulous service. A truly fabulous place to stay with some of the best staff you could ever wish for. Superbly designed and super comfortable rooms. I slept fantastic here!

The staff was extremely accommodating. We initially were in a room that we couldn’t stay in because of a residual smoking smell, and they immediately changed our room for us. Everyone was so nice!

Staff were good. Fire alarm meant I couldn’t access my room when I was most in need of a nap after a very early start for my travels. Took a long time to get checked out due to long queues at the lobby, which made making my flight tight for time. Otherwise, room was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed straight 6 years in November here. NO MORE. HOTEL DON'T DO MAINTENANCE OF ROOM. Clogged bathtub drain, the bathtub drain plug didn't work and the water kept running away, a lot of dust from the air conditioning due to lack of MAINTENANCE, the hotel is getting damaged too quickly, the USB on the wall by the bed doesn't work, the bathroom door got stuck due to lack of maintenance. Only 1 towel per person in the room, the hot air conditioning didn't work in the room and I had to sleep with the window open and the fan... but the worst part was that I told them to fix it, but they didn't want to give it the attention it needed. I'm being honest here. THE HOTEL HAS BECOME A TRAP FOR TRAPPING TOURISTS. A lot of footsteps on the upper floor after 11:00 PM!!! I can't forget this wonderful experience I had.

The hotel is overpriced specially because of the old rooms. No rainfall showers! Old bathroom. The room furniture is overused. The location of the hotel is perfect. The lady who checked me in and out was fast, friendly, helpful, nice & supportive.
