Property was clean but I don’t think their staff was friendly enough. During our stay we went down to get coffee but two of the servers at the bar totally ignored us like we weren’t there. Pretended that we weren’t there at all. Made us not feel welcomed.

Modern hotel super clean. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Temperature control in room easy to adjust. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but you can buy hot drinks at the bar at reception. Biggest downside is there is no shuttle bus from Linate airport to this hotel. Taxi drivers are very unhappy to take you there for the short ride, which would cost about EUR20. We ended up walking, which is about 10-15 minutes. Not obvious what route you should take to walk, but we figured it out after having stayed at another hotel on the inward journey.
