Axyhotels really surprised us! My Fiance and I stayed here with my parents. We booked it last minute and were blown away by the amenities, cleanliness, comfort and service! This is definitely a hotel you want to consider when staying in Milan. It's walking distance from the duomo and a quick taxi from the train station. They offer breakfast, lunch and happy hour snacks, drinks. We felt so comfortable here and would surely stay again!

My wife and I began our honeymoon here and though we still have three more stops, it's hard to imagine our remaining accommodations will live up to this one. The staff was more than gracious, allowing us to check in hours early after a long flight, and more importantly, still treating us as guests after checking out, with full access to their complimentary wine, beer, and for my pregnant wife, all the snacks and drinks she needed as we had another 8 hours in Milan before our night train. We have both traveled the world extensively, and are hard pressed to remember a more accommodating stay.

Booked a last minute stay for a quick trip to Milano. Was pleasantly surprised when I turned up. The receptionist Nicoletta is excellent - friendly, thoughtful, throughout and helpful. The night receptionist (I forgot to ask his name) is also fantastic and maintaining the same standard. The hotel has been newly refurbished and there’s a cute modern chic vibe to the rooms. And there are all the drinks and aperitifs that are inclusive which makes it an attractive choice to stay in Milan, such great value for money and amongst the best 4-star options. The only thing slightly negative is the cleaning staff don’t carry the same level of politeness as you will normally experience in the 5-stars but that’s really a minor problem as overall you really get a lot for what you pay for!

This hotel is amazing, the staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. The free antipasti and free drinks and minibar is incredible! You rarely find any hotel which offers that to guests anymore so it was a real treat. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if in Milan!

It was probably the best hotel experience. My girlfriend is on a wheelchair, the receptionist Emanuele noticed it from the camera and sent someone to come immediately and help. They provide compliment drinks and food. All the stuffs were very helpful, the place was clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location between Milano Centrale train station and the center of town. Beautiful newly remodeled rooms with generous amenities. Breakfast offerings were delicious and fresh. Woukd definitley return. Five stars.

My rating would be 5 until last day, when their taxi service changed me half price for the service they have not done. They offered me to use their taxi to get to airport in early morning, so I agreed. But my flight got canceled and I called 3 hours before scheduled time, and man at the front desk told me that he will get cancel taxi. When I was checking out, they told me that I have to pay 75$ because I cancelled it too late.Do u consider 3 hours before too late?! If you guys told me at front that there is going to be cancellation fee, I would never use your transportation. Terrible service, I feel like I got scammed for money. I would not recommend your hotel. And I am disputing that charge with my bank

Nice hotel
Good location, close to metro station, walking distance from train termina (10 minute, flat so not much of a deal if only one wheeled suitcase), very good restaurants nearby. Emanuele, front desk, was very helpful and attentive to all needs. Good enough breakfast, coffee and wine with small snacks available 24/7 in reception. Good size room, updated and very clean. A place I would recommend and return if coming back to Milan.
