Great choice for us!

If you are looking for an amazing hotel with great staffs plus excellent service, Domina Milano is the place. Highly professional and friendly staffs. Clean rooms, and quality Italian foods. Loved the breakfast. My wife and I really enjoyed our 10days stay, there is no doubt that we will stay here again in the future.

A colazione il caffè era terribile perché veniva fatto da una macchina completamente automatica. Ho chiesto alla case potevano farmi un cappuccino al bar, me ne hanno fatto uno, ma mi hanno fatto pagare 3 euro, il che mi è sembrato molto scortese. Dopo la mattinata, io e mia moglie siamo andati a fare shopping fino alle 14.15, dopodiché abbiamo voluto andare in camera per riposare un po' e perché avevo urgente bisogno di andare in bagno. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, abbiamo visto la donna delle pulizie alla porta e ci ha detto che stava pulendo la stanza e che sarebbe stata pulita solo in 25 minuti. Poiché dovevo andare urgentemente in bagno, le ho chiesto se poteva aspettare 10 minuti. Quando sono andato in bagno, dopo circa 10 minuti hanno bussato alla porta e mia moglie mi ha chiesto se ero uscito dal bagno perché doveva sbrigarsi altrimenti non sarebbe riuscita a pulire la nostra camera. Ho anche pensato che fosse molto scortese che una camera non venisse pulita alle 14.15 e che si fosse ancora costretti ad andare di corpo il prima possibile perché si vuole tornare a casa il prima possibile. Infine, ma non per questo meno importante, al momento del check-out non ci è stato chiesto se ci eravamo trovati bene. la signora ci ha semplicemente indicato il prezzo pieno e ovviamente abbiamo pagato, senza nemmeno salutarci, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto scortese. Verdetto: Abbiamo trovato l'hotel terribile e non ci siamo sentiti affatto a nostro agio, la camera era molto pul
