This excellent 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower no bath) ground floor garden apartment at CALAHONDA GOLF overlooks La Siesta Golf Course.

Set in tranquil manicured gardens and boasting 3 Swimming Pools (open all year round 10am - 9pm), this tastefully styled, air conditioned, fully equipped, SW facing apartment offers every comfort for a relaxing vacation.

The property offers WIFI with internet enabled English channels and there is a large secure covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dinning.

There is also secure on site parking.

As with all our properties, this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

For the golf enthusiast a 9 hole course set immediately next to the Community offers hire of clubs, the clubhouse has an excellent quality restaurant and bar open to the public.

The Tennis Club (opposite the Golf club) has multiple courts for hire or if you prefer something a little more energetic, a game of squash, table tennis or maybe make use of the gym, it also has a bar and a “very large” terrace to relax with a drink overlooking the tennis courts.
There is also a well attended “happy hour” every Wednesday and In the winter months it has “live music” once a week.

The restaurant Dos Leones is only a 5 minutes walking from the apartment has a great menu specialising in great steaks!.

A 12 minute stroll from the apartment will take you to the well-known “strip” on Avenida de Espana which has multiple restaurants/bars and a supermarket/shop and local tourist information.

The El Zoco Complex also well worth a visit has multiple restaurants and bars, and “Sitio de Calahonda town centre” amenities (banks, shops & supermarkets/ cafes are both a pleasant 20 - 25 minutes’ walk away.
The local beaches “calahonda beach” and “Luna beach” are both under 2 Km away – approx 30 minutes walk or just a few minutes by car, with access to the fantastic “boardwalk” taking you along the beautiful coast line.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Mala experiencia.
La ubicación no es del todo mala, algo pésimo el aparcamiento (alguna noche no tuvimos sitio).Playa mala, se necesita coche para todo.Lo peor estar 6 días sin agua caliente, cada ducha era horrible, pues hasta el penúltimo día no se pusieron en contacto conmigo para solucionarlo, ya reclamé qué menos que compensación económica pues repito fue horrible...sigo esperando que me digan algo al respecto.
