This completely renovated stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both with showers), 3rd floor apartment with lift access offers sea views from the lounge, terrace and main bedroom across the attractive, colourful, landscaped communal gardens and freeform pool.

The bright, spacious open plan lounge/diner leads directly onto a large, sunny south -facing terrace with space for sunbathing and dining al-fresco. There is a further terrace off to the other side of the lounge with morning sun.

Beautifully furnished with air conditioning/ heating throughout and WIFI and internet TV. Ideally located within a few minutes walk of local shops, bars and restaurants and the local beaches are just a 5/10 minute walk away.

An ideal holiday apartment for families and groups of all ages and a car is not really necessary to enjoy the local facilities.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and €60 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Winter week in B10, Mijas
Despite the atrocious February weather, the apartment did not fail to deliver. Cosy environment, lovely views across to the sea and a very light, bright ambience. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms was really appreciated. Very well equipped with everything you could need for a seven day holiday, and the owners have done a fabulous job with the decor and layout. Brace yourself for the five key entry system though (especially the key for the door to the block!). Security is obviously paramount for holiday residences (understandably!) but adds another layer of complexity in accessing the apartment, especially in the dark and after a long journey! NB make sure the fobs for the main gate work if arriving by car. All in all, a thoroughly wonderful apartment- highly recommend 🤗

La siesta
We had a wonderful holiday in Calahonda staying at la Siesta. The apartment was amazing. Beautiful views and a very clean apartment. Would highly recommend. We had my 5 month old grandson with us and being on the 3rd floor wasn’t a problem as there was a lift in the block.

Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd. Ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Beide Badezimmer mit Fussbodenheizung, sehr angenehm in der Winterzeit. Drei Balkone unterschiedlicher Größe mit Meerblick. Gute Ausstattung der Balkonmöbel. Im Objekt befinden sich drei Klimaanlagen. Die Eingangstüre zur Wohnung ist mit einem zusätzlichen Eisengitter gesichert.

Rustig gelegen appartement
Tijdens de jaarwisseling een heerlijk rustig appartement. Goede inrichting en keukenuitrusting. Zon staat in de ochtend al op het balkon. Auto is wel prettig. Makkelijk te maken wandeling naar het strand waar je op een 'sidewalk' heerlijk kunt wandelen.
