Hotel is grand and in a great location, staff is very polite. Wish had a better food, I was very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Facilities need to be updated. Pool as well.

El hotel es grande, sin embargo descuidan el aire acondicionado, huele a tabaco las habitaciones huelen a humedad, al ingresar estaban sucias, en el baño estaba la basura del huésped anterior. El servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno, solo les hacen falta más variedad de platillos.

Outdated hotel but very clean. Friendly staff responded promptly to issues/requests. Good price for the area. Swimming pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was out of service at the time of visit.

Even though I booked and paid, for some reason my reservation did not appear in the system. Orbitz called several times and they never answered the call. The people at the reception were not very available to help me.

There is a lot more you could do to make your English speaking clients stay better You need brochures advertising city tours. Meals in your Restaurant need improvement we ate there once and that was enough. Meal was cold and took a long time. The room. The drain was blocked, the bathroom smelled of sewerage. Furniture extremely dated. No bar fridge tea making facilities could be improved. The Restaraunt wanted to charge for a couple of Tea Bags-Really. I would not stay there again.

El hotel tiene un problema con el sistema hidraulico de los baños, el olor es horrible y me toco llamar a mantenimiento para que subieran a aplicar algo para eliminar esos olores. Con relacion al recibo de paquetes me tocos perder como 30 minutos para ubicar un paquete que me habian dejado en recepcion, por que ellos no sabian donde estaba.
