Check in was easy. The hotel location is literally in the center of it all for the price point it is a great option. The Four Seasons is across the street the Ritz Carlton next to it and the Saint Regis on the other side.

The facilities are great the management is amateur. The food at two out of three restaurants was bad and one made us sick. We made dinner reservations at the good restaurant and on arrival the said it had closed for a private party. The management acknowledged the mistake and sent wine and cheese to the room but arrived at 10:45 pm and the woke us up to deliver. Stay at the Hyatt.
