in general the service is great, what we didn’t like is they moved us to another room two days before we left, we had to demand a compensation and at the end we got a free meal. This was unusual, but indeed upsetting and time consuming. Is a pity since the rest of the staff was great

Huge disappointment! I booked this hotel based of some of the reviews, the hotel is dated, the front desk in rude, showed no interest, they were filming a commercial and created an unnecessary chaos for the guests, restaurants sucks, room service was late after three calls, they forgot the order twice! Never again, specially when they are so many good hotels nearby. I told them I was spending my bday in CDMX, not even a note or any sign of kindness like I’m used to when celebrating bdays abroad!

Rooms a clean and feel renovated. Staff is attentive. Building shows its age already. It's surrounded by abandoned buildings and street food vendors, smelly and dirty area.

Room needs upgrading. Very tiny. What a shock when we arrived and turn on the TV and po*n was the first thing on. Be careful of this if with family. Otherwise the location was good and the restaurant. We had breakfast there twice. We opted for a la carte instead of the buffet. Staff not the friendliest. Parking was great except we had to call to hunt someone down to get our car at 3 am to make our reservation for the pyramids. Plan ahead for this if leaving early.

The check in was terrible. Horrible customer service at front desk. Not welcoming at all. The hotel is clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Beds - mattress are super hard and the blankets are rough. Not the place you want to stay for comfort This place is good for location other than the 2 abandoned buildings next to the hotel with a ton of homeless at nigh. If that doesn’t face you, great location in terms of walking distance to the monument and great restaurants.

The room doesn’t have an iron and ironing board you have to ask for one in the front desk which they want it back asap. The hotel is next to a abandoned building.
