Recently stayed here while visiting Mexico City, the hotel was very nice, very clean, our room was very clean and well put together. The hotel itself was a good walking distance to the Bosque de Chapultepec and Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and were accommodating for our needs. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here.

I was expecting hotels.com to give me a little extra like a free breakfast or a nice view, but this site doesn’t care about its members. But this hotel was nice the people working there super friendly. Specially the lady cleaning my room, her name is Norma. She really went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant.

The staff's kindness of this property goes beyond my expectations. I truly believe is the best quality. The location is great. Walking distant from Turibus, Bosque de Chapultepec, Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo La Reforma and the restaurant is a place to eat and to count on even though there are a lot of options in the surrenders.
